
ABOUT ME
Hello! I am Dr. Kara Huff, and I am a Board-Certified Obstetrician and Gynecologist and a Certified Pre and Postnatal fitness specialist. I am also a mom of two littles, and I know from personal experience that HOW (not how much) you exercise during pregnancy makes all the difference.
As an OB/GYN, I see first-hand how health and fitness affect a pregnancy, and unfortunately, the resources for exercise programs during pregnancy and the post-partum period are not readily available to women. Seeing this void motivated me to create this program in hopes that I could help women feel strong and powerful during their pregnancy, adapt confidently to the physical changes of pregnancy, and improve their overall physical and mental health.
This program is designed to allow you to build or maintain fitness during pregnancy, prepare for delivery, and recover and restore strength in the post-partum period. If you’ve made it here, you’ve already taken the first step. Congratulations, mama! Let’s go!
