Beginner

Designed for women who were not exercising or were exercising sporadically prior to pregnancy and have been cleared by their OB/GYN to participate.

Walking for 20 minutes on non-programmed days is recommended along with daily deep core breathing.

Pregnant yoga Intermediate

Intermediate

Designed for women who were exercising 2–3 times per week with a good understanding of fitness prior to pregnancy and have been cleared by their OB/GYN to participate.

Walking for 20 minutes daily is recommended along with daily deep core breathing.

Designed for women who were exercising 4–5 times per week with extensive fitness knowledge prior to pregnancy and have been cleared by their OB/GYN to participate.

Walking for 20–30 minutes daily is recommended along with daily deep core breathing.

Staying Fit postpartum Postpartum

Postpartum

Designed for women who are postpartum and have been cleared by their OB/GYN physician to participate in this program.

Focus on gradual re-strengthening of the core and pelvic floor before progressing intensity.
